We have discovered an important pledge glitch. If you backed Timeless Journeys on Kickstarter, your pledge may not have gone through even if you saw the “Thank you” screen after pledging. We are already investigating this with Kickstarter, but in the meantime we kindly ask you to double check:
- Did you receive a pledge confirmation email from Kickstarter?
(Tip: search for “Thanks for backing this project – now you are part of it.” If you use more than one email address, check them all.)
- Does Timeless Journeys appear under “Backed projects” in your Kickstarter account?
👉 If you received both, everything is fine.
If not, simply reply to this email with “Problem.”
