Lirius Games Refund & Return Policy

 

Return Policy for Board Games and Add-Ons

 

Eligibility for Return:

  • We accept returns only for defective or damaged items purchased from our online store.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened, and in its original shrink-wrap.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of the receipt date.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our support team at support@liriusgames.com with your order number and a description of the defect.
  2. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our designated fulfillment center and covering the return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method via Shopify.

Promotional Items:

  • If your purchase included promotional items, these must also be returned unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Lost Packages:

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. To submit a lost package claim you must contact us at support@liriusgames.com.

Replacements & Missing Parts

Reporting Issues:

  • For items missing components or with damaged parts, please contact us at support@liriusgames.com as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the date of receipt.
  • For reports made after this period, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of any replacement parts.

Arranging a Replacement:

  • We will make every effort to arrange replacements for missing or damaged components.

Box Replacements:

  • Game boxes with minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., small scratches or dents) are not eligible for replacement. We reserve the right to assess what constitutes minor damage based on the box's usability and aesthetic impact.

Lost Packages

  • Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. To submit a lost package claim, please contact us at support@liriusgames.com.

Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments

Incorrect Address:

  • If an incorrect address is provided and deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturer. Reshipment costs will be at your expense once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments:

  • Unclaimed shipments are returned to our manufacturer, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipping.

Return Policy for T-Shirts & Posters

Since our apparel and posters are made on demand, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Returns and refunds are only issued for misprinted, damaged, or defective products, or lost packages.

Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 28 days of receipt. Please provide all necessary details and images (if applicable) to expedite the resolution.

Size Exchanges:

  • We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please refer to the sizing guides on product pages before purchasing.

Lost Packages:

  • For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. Contact us at support@liriusgames.com to submit a claim.

Incorrect Address:

  • Shipments sent to an incorrect address and returned by the courier will incur reshipping costs. We will confirm an updated address with you before reshipping.

Unclaimed Shipments:

  • Unclaimed shipments returned to our manufacturer will incur reshipping costs.
